The planning committee met to consider the application on Thursday 14th April 2011

The decision was to reject the plans!

Once again the planning committee said that the Sea Lawns was a valuable community asset - and should be kept as a pub and a hotel. 

We all sincerely hope that Mr Williams and his backers will listen and put the property on the market as a commercial property - so that it can be returned to its former glories
